You MUST use your West Virginia Soccer Association Affinity User ID and Password

You can NOT use a user ID or password that is for another state Affinity system, such as PA West, Ohio North, etc. (it will lock up your record and the request cannot be processed).

Descriptions below for requests - please read before continuing with your registration request.

Interstate Permission (Out of State Permission)

This is a request to play for a soccer team in another state for the season. 

Be sure to enter name of Out of State Club/team so approval is not delayed.

NOTE: the request has to be approved by both states before it is valid.  A copy will be emailed to you once it is approved by both states.

Please Complete the field with "ALL" and all the fields beginning with "OS" (Out of State)

 Guest Player ( Permission to Guest Play with an Out of State Team)

This link can only be used by players registered with a WVSA Travel team who wish to guest play with a team registered with another state that is a member of USYS.

NOTE: The coach of the out of state team MUST contact the club of your WSA travel team for permission for the player to guest play and obtain permission to use your WVSA player pass card.

All of the tournament information MUST be completed before the request will be approved so please have that along with team name and coach name.
